Terms & Conditions

  1. All goods are warranted to fulfil the requirements of all statutory requirements or regulations at present in force affecting the sale of such goods in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

  2. Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis unless agreed in writing when placing your order or in the circumstances of point 12.

  3. Discrepancies and damages must be notified within 2 days of receipt of goods otherwise credit may not be given. Goods should not be signed for received in Good Condition unless they are if there is any doubt goods should be signed damaged. Goods should not be signed ‘unchecked’.

  4. Risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery and the customer shall insure the full value from that time.

  5. Notwithstanding point 4, legal and beneficial ownership of goods, the subject of this contract, shall remain with Pravera Ltd. until payment in full has been received by Pravera Ltd.

  6. Each delivery of goods made by the company shall be deemed to be a separate contract.

  7. Any contract is subject to cancellation or variation by the Company where its due performance is affected by any cause which is beyond the Company’s reasonable control and in such event, no liability shall attach to the company.

  8. In the event of non-payment within 28 days the company reserves the right to charge interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 2% per annum above the base rate for the time being Bank of Scotland.

  9. We will not accept any bank charges associated with any payments made to us.

  10. Prices are subject to change without notice but can be confirmed when placing an order.

  11. A £15 charge is made on re-presented cheques and refers to drawer cheque's.

  12. Shelf life of any product supplied will not normally be less than 6 months. Products less than 6 months will be offered on a sale or return basis.

  13. Orders placed before noon are usually dispatched the same day.

  14. Minimum order value for mainland UK is £100 (before VAT) for free carriage. A higher minimum order value applies to Northern Ireland (£200 ex VAT), the Republic of Ireland (€ 200), and the Highlands & Islands (£200 exc VAT).

  15. All orders under the minimum value for free carriage will be charged a flat rate delivery charge exclusive of VAT of £5.00 for mainland UK, £15 per box for Northern Ireland, €15 per box for Republic of Ireland and £15 per box for the Highlands & Islands.

  16. We do not undertake to create and dispatch back orders if a product is out of stock.

  17. Testers are supplied at our discretion and are supplied based on a fair usage policy.

  18. Promotional offers are only available when purchasing directly from Pravera Ltd. The offers are not generally available to chains and wholesalers. Promotional codes must be used when ordering as promotional products will not automatically be substituted.

  19. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. Any products purchased incorrectly and returned to us will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee (10%of the net value of goods returned). Products may only be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods and Pravera Ltd will not cover or refund return carriage cost.

  20. Products sold by Pravera Ltd are on a Business to Business basis and are therefore exempt from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)Regulations 2000.

  22. Returns Policy- A full refund will be offered to the purchasing retailer for any item that is found to be damaged, faulty or causes any customer a skin reaction. Goods must not be disposed of unless authorisation has been given by Pravera Ltd. If any items are advised as missing from the delivery we will review our warehouse picking logs and CCTV footage, we will then carry out a physical stock take of the product to verify that the goods were not supplied before remedial action. For any other credit claim, e.g. product returned for superficial reasons (i.e. don’t like colour), the product must be fully intact with all security seals in place. No credit will be offered on any product that has had over 25% of the product used. We will either request an image of the faulty/damaged product to be sent or for the product to be returned to us. If returning a product you must obtain a RA number from Pravera Ltd HQ and the product will be credited on receipt. Any product returned without a returns authorisation number will not be credited.

  23. We reserve the right not to accept orders.
