How do I set up an account?

We will answer any questions/queries you may have before registering your details and sending a copy of our account application form.
The account application form must be completed and returned before we can process any orders.
How do I place an order?
By Phone - Please call 01557 870203 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Please ensure that you have the following information available:
Company Name
Postcode
Pravera Ltd product codes (as supplied in this catalogue)
By Email– Anytime at trade@pravera.co.uk.
In order for us to process the order, email must contain the following information:
Company Name
Postcode
Contact Name
Contact Telephone Number
Pravera Ltd product code (as supplied in this catalogue)
Order quantity (please mark whether the order is in single quantity or full case quantity),
Do you have an order form?
Please note that we have pre-printed order forms available (order code Y8434), the forms are free of charge and can be sent to you via email or with an order. These forms can be used to fax or email an order to us.
Can I order Items on back order?
We will try our best to fulfil your order/s however stocks are subject to supply fluctuations from manufacturers. Where we are unable to supply an item we will clearly indicate this on your invoice (unless ordering by email, when we will respond to your email with a list of unavailable stock items).
Please note that we do not undertake to create and despatch follow-on orders if a product is out of stock.
What is the minimum order value for free delivery?
Mainland UK – £100 ex vat*
Highlands & Islands - £200 ex vat*
Northern Ireland - £200 ex vat*
Republic of Ireland - €200 ex vat*
Isle of Wight - £200 ex vat*
*exceptions may apply but you will be advised of this at the time of opening an account with us.
What are the delivery Charges?
Carriage will be charged on all orders under the minimum order value, charges will be –
Mainland UK – £7 ex vat
Highlands & Islands - £15 ex vat
Northern Ireland - £15 per box
Republic of Ireland - €15 per box
What are the payment terms?
Payment for orders is required to be made before orders are despatched unless you have a pre-agreed credit account.
Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
BACS
Cheque
Credit Card
Debit Card
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched the same day for the next working day delivery*.
