A full refund will be offered to the purchasing retailer for any item that is found to be damaged, faulty or causes any customer a skin reaction.

Goods must not be disposed of unless authorisation has been given by Pravera Ltd.

If any items are advised as missing from the delivery we will review our warehouse picking logs and CCTV footage, we will then carry out a physical stock take of the product to verify that the goods were not supplied before remedial action.

For any other credit claim, e.g.product returned for superficial reasons (i.e. don’t like colour), the product must be fully intact with all security seals in place. No credit will be offered on any product that has had over 25% of the product used.

We will either request an image of the faulty/damaged product to be sent or for the product to be returned to us. If returning a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number from Pravera Ltd HQ and the product will be credited on receipt. Any product returned without a returns authorisation number will not be credited.
