BEN & ANNA - Natural Care
After a long time of living the good life in Berlin, we made the decision to leave the urban jungle behind us and move back to the countryside of our Hessian homeland, in spite of Berlin’s many advantages.
Ben&Anna started with the question of how do we live now… and how do we want to live? As a strictly vegan couple, we have always paid close attention to what we consumed. Our purchasing habits have always predominantly consisted of products from sustainable and/or organic sources. In the realm of cosmetic products, we have always trusted in the power of nature as well.
The Answer to that is easy and clear: sustainability, vegan, plastic-free. We stand for Sustainability. We want to inspire, persuade and encourage people to think about their consumer behaviour. We want to build more awareness of Natural Products.
I, Anna, had long been searching for a suitable deodorant for myself. It needed to be vegan and not tested on animals. I also wanted a deodorant without aluminium and it was impossible for me to find anything that fit the bill. Therefore, we took matters into our own hands and decided to develop our own deodorant which is based solely on all-natural ingredients and is free of parabens. It’s a deodorant which can be used by men and women alike.
We started experimenting with Soda Bicarbonate and valuable essential oils that were known for their germ reducing effects. After several attempts, and a lot of time and tinkering we were ready to launch the new deodorant, which we are very proud of. It is exactly what we stand for and, since we think everything through, we replaced the plastic material of our deodorants to Paper-tubes.
The next step was Dental Care products. The Results: Toothpaste and Tooth-powder in glass jars based on 100% natural ingredients for a long-lasting natural white smile.
Natural active ingredients
The diversity of nature offers an inexhaustible reserve of natural active ingredients. These have been used for human needs and natural applications for generations. We at Ben & Anna use this approach to develop our 100% vegan products, the aim of which is to provide natural protection and be sustainable.

With the new 'shower gel flakes' you can now make your own sustainable shower gel at home. Simply place the flakes in a dispenser, add 200ml of hot water, shake, wait for the liquid to develop and you will have created your shower gel!
